Hey everyone!
What a perfect time to announce my new shop on Small Business Saturday! My shop, The Art of Heather Rose, is now up and ready to go! Currently I have prints available in sizes 8.5x11 and 5x7 printed with archival ink on smooth pearl finish paper, all packaged in a clear sleeve with a sturdy backing board. In the near future I plan to have my book for sale, as well as buttons, magnets, and charms as they become available.
My Etsy shop is the only place online you will find my work for sale. Do stop by and check it out!

CTNX-2013 Wrap Up
Hey guys!
Returned home just a few days ago from CTNX 2013 and holy wow was that an amazing experience! I had such a great time and met so many people, I'm still going through business cards and the like to reconnect with those I met. I received a lot of wonderful feedback from people about my art, which gave me quite the confidence boost.
It was pretty exhausting being at a table for so many hours if only because I'm not used to being "on" for that many hours at a time. It was a bit overwhelming talking to so many different types of people crammed into a few days, but at the same time, I had a tremendous amount of fun and can't wait for next year. I'm already talking to friends about sharing a table next year, who to split the hotel with, and so on. I'll be applying for a table in the main exhibit hall the moment registration opens.
Again, it was wonderful meeting new people and catching up with old friends!
A few people asked if I have a shop, and I just want to say it's in the works. It got put off a bit while I was prepping for CTNX, but hopefully this week I'll have to shop up and running. Check back here for the shop info.

CTNX 2013!
Hey everyone!
Well, it's yet again time for another CTNX and I am SO excited! I've been attending every year since 2010, and this year I have my first booth there. I'll be in the New Talent section, table XT48. I'm going to have art prints in sizes 5x7 and 8.5x11, as well as a limited edition (50 copies only) print of my very first art book, The Scribblings of a Duck.
I'm both nervous and anxious for the show, and looking forward to meeting new people and seeing old friends. I wait all year for this event, and I'm so pleased to have been accepted as an exhitor this year.

APE Overview & Etsy store in the works!
Hullo everyone!
I had an absolutely wonderful time at APE this past weekend! Met lots of new people, got in touch with old friends, and had quite the experience. I really enjoyed being an exhibitor, even if it meant I didn't get to walk around as much as I would have liked. I received many compliments on my work, which was a really nice feeling.
Several people asked if I have an Etsy shop, which I do not currently have, but I will be working on getting one set up this week. Once I have it up and running, I'll post the link and info here so anyone who happened to grab my business card, you'll be able to find information about my soon-to-be store right here.

APE 2013!
Hey everyone!Con season is starting off with a bang this year. I will be exhibiting for the first time ever! I will be at booth #404 with my friend Alishea Gibson and we'll be selling all kinds of fun things. I will have prints available in sizes 5x7 and 8.5x11, while Alishea will have prints in various sizes and other misc goodies.
Look for the two blondes with fluffy hair!
As this is my first time exhibiting, I'll be having a special con price: 5x7 prints will be $10, and 8.5x11 prints will be $15 (normally they would be $15 and $20 respectively). Also, if you buy three 5x7 prints, you get all three for $25. If you buy three 8.5x11 prints, you get all three for $40.
I'm really looking forward to this weekend! It's going to be quite the adventure!

CTNX-2012!
Already it's time for another CTNX! I'm so excited! I'll be there all three days, wandering the floor and trying to take in as many demos and panels as I can. I'm looking forward to catching up with old friends and making new ones, and will be going to as many activities as I can manage. It's going to be a whirlwind three days, but as always, it will be incredibly worth it.
